Your engagement includes four 60-minute sessions that help you reflect, gain clarity, and take your first step toward achieving your desired outcome.
After completing the engagement, you may schedule drop-in sessions for refreshers or additional guidance to stay on track.

This session helps you gain clarity on what you want to work towards, understand where this intention fits among your life’s priorities, and explore why it matters to you.
Engagement Session Two: What are your strengths and values?
This session helps you identify your strengths and values through research-based methods and guided self-reflection.
Engagement Session Three: What are your available resources?
This session helps you identify available resources and those you may need for your journey.
Engagement Session Four: Creating alignment. Charting a path.
The final session guides you in aligning your strengths and values to move past challenges and create a meaningful first step toward your desired outcome.
